Mahseya Colony

Mahseya is a moshav located in central occupied Palestine, approximately 2 kilometers east of the settlement of Beit Shemesh. It wasestablished in 1950 by Zionist immigrants from Morocco, Yemen, and specifically Aden, on the lands of the depopulated Palestinian village of Dayr Aban.

Although the original settlers later left, the moshav was subsequently resettled by Cochin Jews. . As of 2021, the colony had 493 settlers.
